There is nothing on my mind

Nothing in my life,

So much happening outside of it.

Too many nights I spend loafing,

I fear my time is running out

Yet still I do nothing.

It is so easy for me to skip out,

To stand by and watch people burn votes,

Or attack their neighbors,

Or hang their friends.

It is so easy to do zilch,

So easy to sit and play games,

So hard to do something.

So important to do something.

There is nothing on my mind

Except how much needs to be done.

Pick yourself up,

And god damn do it.
