“Columbia”

By A Poem Guy

I don’t know much about Columbia.

To tell you the truth, a friend asked me to write this.

So I’m gonna try.

With the something something big city,

This place of a certain size truly is grand.

Sunrays shoot down from above,

Like everywhere else in the world.

Sometimes, it gets cold.

Like a temperature below average,

So is my knowledge of this city/town/area of space.

Other times it gets hot,

I hope.

Just like a politician,

I’ll try to say things without saying anything

Truly, a majestic place…

I think.

Maybe I should go there,

Or over here.

Something something Columbia,

You truly might be the place for me.

Something something Columbia,

Maybe one day you might help me see.

Literally everything.
